You still have hope

You Still Have Hope

It's a beautiful song from Yolanda Adams...Never give up .....sing it along as you read this beautiful piece of article.....

If you can look at the sunset and smile,
then you still have hope.
If you can find beauty in the colors of a small flower,
then you still have hope.
If you can find pleasure in the movement of a butterfly,
then you still have hope.
If the smile of a child can still warm your heart,
then you still have hope.
If you can see the good in other people,
then you still have hope.
If the rain breaking on a roof top can still lull you to sleep,
then you still have hope.
If the sight of a rainbow still makes you stop and stare in wonder,
then you still have hope.
If the soft fur of a favored pet still feels pleasant under your fingertips,
then you still have hope.
If you meet new people with a trace of excitement and optimism,
then you still have hope.
If you give people the benefit of a doubt,
then you still have hope.
If you still offer your hand in friendship to others that have touched your life,
then you still have hope.
If receiving an unexpected card
or letter still brings a pleasant surprise,
then you still have hope.
If the suffering of others still fills your with pain and frustration,
then you still have hope.
If you refuse to let a friendship die,
or accept that it must end,
then you still have hope.
If you look forward to a time or place of quiet and reflection,
then you still have hope.
If you still buy the ornaments,
put up the best or cook the supper,
then you still have hope.
If you can look to the past and smile,
then you still have hope.
If, when faced with the bad,
when told everything is futile,
you can still look up and end the conversation with the phrase..."yeah...BUT.,"
then you still have hope.
Hope is such a marvelous thing.
It bends, it twists, it sometimes hides,
but rarely does it break.
It sustains us when nothing else can.
It gives us reason to continue and courage to move ahead,
when we tell ourselves we'd rather give in.
Hope puts a smile on our face
when the heart cannot manage.
Hope puts our feet on the path
when our eyes cannot see it.
Hope moves us to act
when our souls are confused of the direction.
Hope is a wonderful thing,
something to be cherished and nurtured,
and something that will refresh us in return.
And it can be found in each of us,
and it can bring light into the darkest of places.
NEVER LOSE HOPE!

Happiness.....

Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Today i'm happy because i realised how lucky i am for everything that i have. Today i am happy because i don't have any reason not to be.

Being happy doesn't mean you're perfect. It just means you've decided to look beyond the imperfections...

You can't eat happiness. You can't buy it. You can't wear it. You can't drive it, or drink it, or sell it, or steal it. You can't lock it away. You can't negotiate for it. You can't win it, you can't marry it, you can't inherit it, and you can't cheat it. You can't smoke it, or inject it, or rent it or borrow it. You can't campaign for it or beg for it, or talk other people into giving you theirs. You can live happiness. You can create it. You can be it. You can give it to others. You can enjoy it. You can share it. You can claim it. You can have as much as you wish. You can enjoy it as much as you want, at any time, under any circumstance. You can work with it, play with it, worship, travel, eat, and sleep with it.

Happiness is yours to live and yours to give, if only you will. It comes from the inside, and the best way to experience it is to get it flowing out. Forget about trying and striving to get happy. Just decide to be happy, and happiness is yours.

People tend to think that happiness is a stroke of luck, something that will descend like fine weather if you're fortunate. But happiness is the result of personal effort. You fight for it, strive for it, insist upon it, and sometimes even travel around the world looking for it.

Happiness is a journey, not a destination. Treasure every moment that you have and remember that time waits for no one. So, work like you don't need money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like no ones watching.

Happiness lies for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who have tried, for only they can appreciate the importance of people who have touched their lives.

Happiness is Not a Pursuit. Forget about the “Pursuit of Happiness”and you’ll become happy. Happiness is a state of mind, regardless of your goals in life or where you are going, you can travel your life's journey happy or unhappy.

When you're happy, remember that there will be a time that you will be sad in the future. When you're sad, remind yourself that you will be happy once again.

Life is too short to be sad, depressed, stressed or just unhappy.i mean look at all the things you've got; your dreams your life and your love your friends and the sunshine up above.

Everythings okay now so what are you worrying about ....stop making this hard on yourself when there are so many reasons to be happy don't worry about the mess today just fix it tomorrow and relax.

The way to happiness:
Keep your heart free from hate, your mind from worry.
Live simply, except little, give much.
Fill your life with love.
Scatter sunshine.
Forget yourself, think of others.
Do as you would be done by.
Try this for a week, and you'll be surprised."

May the sun always shine on your windowpane; May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain; May the hand of a friend always be near you; May God fill your heart with gladness & happiness forever!!!

stay happy & cheerful

to keep you young at heart

no matter how old you are

just be happy & stay cool
